Terms of Use – Roundd (V2)

Content Moderation and Prohibited Content

By using the Roundd application, you agree not to post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that is:

  • Abusive, hateful, defamatory, violent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate

  • Harassing, discriminatory, or intended to harm others

  • In violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

You acknowledge that Roundd is designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive community for all users.

Content Moderation

All user-generated content—including posts, images, reactions, and messages—is subject to moderation. Roundd reserves the right to:

  • Remove or restrict any content deemed abusive or inappropriate at our sole discretion

  • Limit the visibility of posts or comments that violate community standards

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in case of repeated violations

Special note for V2 features: Content in both the private (friends) feed and the global (world) feed is subject to these moderation rules. Engagement indicators, suggested content, and recommended posts are monitored for compliance with our guidelines.

Reporting and Enforcement

If abusive or inappropriate content is reported, our moderation team will:

  1. Review the reported content promptly

  2. Take appropriate action, which may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account suspension

  3. Notify the user if action is taken

Roundd may also proactively monitor activity to prevent violations, including misuse of messaging, inappropriate posts in global feed, or attempts to circumvent community rules.

Repeated violations or severe misconduct may result in permanent account suspension and, if applicable, referral to legal authorities.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to:

  • Follow these content guidelines in all posts, reactions, and messages

  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users

  • Understand that Roundd does not tolerate abusive behavior or illegal activity

Maintaining a safe and respectful community is a top priority, and adherence to these rules ensures a positive experience for everyone.
